Shipping Policy


Please allow five business days to process your order. 


The Local Delivery shipping option is NOT available at this time. We are planning on making it available in the future. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery will tenatively be available for addresses within [12 miles] of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.


Flat Rate Shipping is not available at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  For calculated shipping rates, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping: The majority of our teak furniture products are labeled as having Free Shipping. Because of the larger dimensions of the items being processed and shipped, the shipping cost is preemptively added to the total product cost before customer checkout occurs. Free Shipping will (in most instances) be displayed within the shopping cart and within the checkout subtotal. If a customer wants to return a teak piece of furniture or another item marked as having free shipping, we will deduct the original shipping cost before refunding. The original shipping costs are not readily available for review or disclosure.


We currently ship within the lower 48 States of the United States. International Shipping is Not available at this time.

In the event that international shipping does take place, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which incurre once a shipment reaches your destination country. DesignCreativeCo. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


For Stoneware Items and Compost Pails, we accept returns up to 7 days after delivery (After seven days, there is no service. NO EXCEPTION.) If the item is unused, in its original condition, securely and correctly packaged within its original box, and without writing on the box, we will refund the full order minus the shipping costs for the return. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, all claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the carrier by the customer. Please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
